Hey there! Thank you for visiting my personal portfolio. I have been in design ever since late nov 2018, and have never regretted a day in this industry. My dad passed away due to heart attack before the age of 35, as a result, all of us had to suffer. Due to our financial circumstances, we (a family of 6) were forced to squeeze into a one-room flat in Telok Blangah Heights, and we really had to make do with whatever we had, and fend for ourselves. Then, all of us only crave for one thing other than money – more space.
At a very young age, I was very determined to want to have a nicer, and a more liveable home to live in. Do not get me wrong, I am not talking about your Good Class Bungalows, even though some of my clients have that luxury… but just having a more comfortable nest to live in. Through my years in this industry, I have got to realise one thing – you can use money to buy space and land, however, it takes more than just money to maximise them.
Space maximisation is an art, and it is one I intend to master.
Eager to learn, I started to read more about space maximisation. From there, I ventured into reading up on materials for different needs, 2D and 3D drafting, and to colour psychology. One thing I like about my profession is the fact that there are endless things to learn, and unlimited things to explore.
It is my personal mission to help people create the ideal home, one that they can spend the rest of their lives in, with their family. I find it fulfilling to transform a non-functional house without character, into a vibrant one in sync with the owner’s personality and style.
A home is more than just a home, it is a piece of art, it is a piece of statement.
